Not all that useful

At best, the app provides an overview of peripheral system nerves and names. Doesnt touch on the central nervous system at all.

As others have pointed out, the interface is clunky and the graphics are a bit odd. I see that they have another app that purports to do brain anatomy. Will I spend the $.99 for it? Doubtful.
